understanding child support

The father and I have gone to court over child support. But I am confused about something with the judgement. His overtime money was not calculated as imcome. this amount is not unusual, this is now normal (about 4-5 years). Only his base pay was used. If he were to apply for a home loan, this amount would be considered. Why not at this time? It's only about 60% of his income.

Perhaps you should ask for a rehearing (or if this was done by a hearing officer an appeal) then subponea his last 2 or 3 tax returns.
