Evil Wife

My wife has cashed and spent (1) insurance check, (1) joint income tax return and (1) stimulus check without me ever signing or even seeing them. What are my options?

If she forged your name, then charge her with forgery. Take a copy of the checks and go to the police to file a complaint.
