Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Louisiana
Fall in store
Ifell on a pile of iron rods in a store about a month ago. I saw a doctor who thought I had a sprain. I was given anti-inflammatories, but I have been having knee pain and burning of the knee. MRI of the knee has been done.
What are my legal options?.

Very broad question. Did you fall ON the rods or trip OVER the rods. Just falling does not lead to liability/negligence on the part of the store. Slips and falls in Louisiana are now very difficult to establish negligence in the property owner.
