Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Louisiana

i have a lease thats for six months for a apt 375. or so a month the utilites are to be split between all the other tenets I think there is over 5 unites when I first moved in the landlord told me the utilites would be no more then 60 every month its diffrent last month my ulities was 80. dollars this month it was 100 dollars now this is not a big apt next door the lady has a 1 room apt with a bathroom she was charged 80. dollars for her is this legal

The lease will contain all binding agreements. You should ask to see the utility bill so you can determine whether or not your portion is accurate.
