If a person falls and injures himself on someone's property, but there is no negligence or intent by the person owning the property to cause harm, can the injured party sue for damages under a strict liability claim?

A person can sue for anything. The question is could he recover any damages and the only way to answer that is to know the grounds cited in the suit or damage demand letter.
