Post Truamatic Stress/Endangerment
My ex-husband and I have been divirced two years. Can I sue him for exposing me to sexually transmitted diseases and endangering myself and my unborn children? I suffer from post-truamatic stress disorder, have been hospitalized and have to take anti-anxiety drugs and antidepressants since I found out about all of this three years ago.

Your question does not go into much detail, but generally speaking, you have 1 year to sue for damages caused by another, starting from the time you realized what caused the damage. That might change after getting more details about your particular situation.
