Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

liability

I have a camp that I own on a piece of property that I lease. I allow friends and family to use the camp from time to time and would like a form that would hold me harmless from any accidents or liability from any accident that may happen while using the camp. I do not charge for the use of the camp. This is in the state of Louisiana.

I can provide you with this type of form, but I haven't done any research to confirm that it would really protect you. You would be safest collecting a fee to cover insurance. Feel free to contact me on this.
