Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

I was recently asked if I would mind putting an electric pole on my property to keep trees from being cut down on my vacation home in Mississippi by the home owner association president. I agreed to this only to keep plenty trees from being removed. When I recently visited my property and all the trees were cut down in front of my property. After calling the electric company I learned that the home owner association president paid 1200.00 dollars to have the pole removed from her property and put on mind to keep her trees from being cut down. Is there anything I can do for being told false information? This lady directly lied to me and now my property is ruined. The pole is now on my property not even where I was told it would be.
