Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

I am one of four sibling heirs. Two of my sisters coerced my mother into signing an Act of Donation of her home and property leaving me out. So ow they have possession of the home.

The main stipulation is that they take my elderly mother from the time of my fathers death until she dies. They have all been in default of the agreement from the beginning because they have never taken care of m mother, not physically or financially.

I have been the one taking care of our mother by giving her around the clock care, including maintaining the home inside and out, cooking, as well as helping her financially.

Now the Donation states that it is irrevocable. But under the circumstances, sense they defaulted and my mother was tricked into signing it thinking it was her Will she was signing, can I have it revoked and done in my name instead?

She can revoke the donation for their failure to comply with conditions and it is an onerous donation so it may not survive a suit to revoke.
