Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Louisiana

is this sexual harrassment and if it is, what can i do about it

i was referred to a state agency for treatment and the supervisor of the social workers propositioned me because i was asking him about finding resources to assist me while i was not working. he told me that he and some of his friends could give me the money but it wouldn;t be free. he also asked me what was the worst thing i ever did to support a habit i had. when i finally reported to someone they informed me that this was not the first time that he was reported . it is still being investigated but he has been put on suspension with pay until they throughly investigate. what legal recourse do i have if any

I need to know the organization and location in order to help. However, you did about all you could do. If you were injuried some way by what he suggested you could sue, but that is not something I would suggest.
