What was her motive? Did the children get medical attention and were their bills paid? I am curious as to her motive. As the step-mother, she certainly has the authority to take the children to the doctor. I would suggest you tell the doctor's office who the woman was and that the information she furnished was really yours. I would then tell your ex what she did and that you will not condone that in the future.
