Legal Question in Traffic Law in Louisiana

I have reason to believe that the speed noted on my traffic ticket is false. When I went to arraignment other speeding tickets were announced and they all had the same speed 84 in a 70 how can i request previous tials and outcomes for a specific police department or officer as evidence

There are several discovery devices available, including subpoenas and public records requests. The clerk's records are all public records and you can review them at your convenience. They can (and do) charge for copies, though. In my opinion, you would be cutting off your nose to spite your face. The time and money you spend on trying to gather this information (if you can even gather it, as cases aren't listed by officer's names) would far outweigh the benefit to you and the evidence you are trying to gather is specious at best (completely irrelevant at worst). If you want to fight the ticket, you'd be better off hiring a local attorney to handle the case for you.
