Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

my father and my mother have been married for over forty years. During the last ten years of my father life, he was living with his girlfriend, while still married to my mother. My father has a "will", but I never seen the will. I was told by his girlfriend that I was not in the "will". therefore, I cannot see the will. It will be a year November 2012, since my father been dead. My question is, Where can I find a copy of his "will"?

I guarantee you that if your father's succession has not been opened a year after his death when there was a will cutting you out, then there is NO WILL. Immediately file a Petition to place you and your siblings in possession of all your father's property, as an INTESTATE succession.....ie no will..........have in there an injunction against anyone, and name the girlfriend specifically, from in any way disposing of the succession property and for an accounting. I bet she has run through a bunch of daddy's property.
