leagle rights as an heir

i am the only living heir to my grandmothers estate she currently has a grown man who is no relation to our family living with if she were to will everything to him or any other institution do i have a right to contest the will

Were you your grandfather's heir & was the property community property? If so you own his share. If not, as long as she is alive & capable of managing her business she is free to give the property to anyone.
