Legal Question in Workers Comp in Louisiana

I work at walmart. in october 11,2009, i had a accident at work. walmart uses there own claims company. so i did not file a worker comp. claims with my state. before the accident i was receiving partial unemployment benefits due to my reduction in hour when i am a fulltime employee. by benefits ended in 1/9/2010. walmart told the labor department in my state that i was making to much to receive benefits and they have been paying me worker comp. i received checks from them in the amount of 447.68 on 11/3/2009, 11/30/2009, and on 12/5/2009. on 1/4/2010 i filed a claim with the workers com court. after i receive more checks on 1/6/2010, 1/13/2010 and 1/21/2010. what steps do i need to take to resolve this matter?

You need to seek an Attorney where your claim will/was filed. Your question is a bit confusing and you need to sit down with an Attorney to find out what you should do. You did not put a zip code in your question so I cannot tell where you live or your claim should be filed.
