Legal Question in Family Law in Maine

My ex-wife and I share custody of our children. For tax purposes, my ex is supposed to file and give me the EIC for one of the children as if one of them lived with me. In the divorce decree it states that we shall discuss each year how best to maximize claiming the children as dependands for income tax purposes. Now she's refusing to give me the Earned Income Credit for one of our children. What are my options?

Hire a lawyer and file a motion to compel the terms of the divorce decree.

Good luck.
