Legal Question in Family Law in Maine

I have been married for 15 year, we are having marrital problems and my husband wants me to move. He says he can have me kicked out of the house. We moved here together and have been here for seven or more years, I think our lease ran out but his name is on it. We have a joint checking account , bills are mixed, some in his name some in mine. It is his income that supports us. Can he kick me out.

Not if you file a divorce complaint -- then the divorce court will decide who stays in the house.
