Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Maine
landlord recovering unpaid rent
2 years ago I rented an apt. I never got receipts because was friends with landlord. Landlord got mad when I stopped watching her kids and now she is saying I owe her 6 months in back rent andtaking me to small claims court. I have no receipts and neither does she.
