Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Maryland

My name is Rosaline Gooden. I have been unemployed since April 2008. I began to recieve unemployment benefits at that time. I got a job offer for a temporary position in December 2008. Unfortunetly I only worked 1 day. The job was completely different than my training. Unemployment (Department Labor Liciensing, and Regulation DLLR) stopped my benefits in June of 2009 sayiong that I was not entitled to the benefits I had recieved from DEc.2008-Jun.2008 and that I was overpaid over 8,000 and that I needed to repay. I wrote an appeal letter and now I have to go to court on August 12, 2009. Can u listen to my whole story. Do u think u can help. There r alot of details that I have explained.

Dear Rosaline:

I would be happy to evaluate your problem. As I am very busy it would be of great help to me for you to do a timeline of events and site all relevant details. Then send to me. You will have to do one anyway. Be sure and list all communications and monies you received and when. Thank you.
