LLC operating ammendment
my partner has just checked himself in to alcohol rehab and since we own a bar i wanted to cover my investment and ammend our operating agreement and just wanted to know what languare i should use to best do this. Thank you.

I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish, or what there is in your operating agreement that needs to be changed. Why not restate your question and be more specific.
