Re: credit card fraud -x wife

The debt should be too old for them to sue you or your ex-wife, and since it is over 7 years old it should not be reported on your credit report. Get all 3 credit reports and see if it is being reported there. If so, go through the dispute process to get it removed. Tell the debt collector IN WRITING that it is not yours and you do not want to be contacted again. Keep records and proof of everything you do.
