should I file chapter 13

I filed a chapter 7 about a year ago. One of the debtors and the only debtor came to court attempted to collect. they file a claim to repay the debt. therefore I agreed to repay the debt but as a results the debt is over my budget plans just as the others the reason I filed a chapter 7. I am asking can or should I filed a chapter 13 to minimize the debt so that I can have some type of structure as far as repaying the debt as of right now the repayment is set up of paying 200.00 monthly the loan is approximately 21,000 please give me some sound advice

Depending on your budget, it may make sense to file Chap. 13. You will need to pay all of your disposable income into the plan, and this may be more or less than what you are paying now. You need to see a bankruptcy lawyer experienced in Chapter 13 matters to advise you.
