Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Maryland

I been receiving harassing calls from a company who says I borrowed money from them which i have never borrowed money from anyone. They leave threating messages on my amswering 3-4 times daily.I have asked them to stop calling or to prove they have actually deposited money into an account with my name on it but they can not, but yet still call 3-4 times a day. I am very ill and have explained this to them but the calls will not stop. please tell me what I can do

Consult with a consumer rights lawyer, and keep the messages on your voicemail, the attorney will need them.

They may have violated the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and several state laws.
