Assult charge
My son has a charge of assult on his record from three years ago. He went to court and the other person didn't show, It is still on his record and causing problems. Can this charge be asponged? How is it done.

Yes, the charge can be expunged. Forms and instructions are available at the local District or Circuit Courthouse.
