consrtuctive possession of marijuana?
I've been charged with possesion of marijuana by being in the passenger side of a car when the driver was arrested for a traffic violation and they found marijuana in her purse that she had behind her driver seat how???

The police will typically charge everyone in the car and let everything sort out in court.
