Exspongement

A background check was done, it came back with charges that accord in 1985 and 1991.

Charges in 1985:

-CDS

-theft (misdemean)

Will it/can it get remove from my record? and How?

What is the procedures/steps do I have to take in order for this to be remove? and what forms will I need?

Charges in 1991:

-assult battery charge (misdemean)

no time serve/got probation

If you got probation before judgment or a nolle pros, or the stet docket, you can expunge most cases. See an attorney or the criminal clerk's office at the court in the county where you got the charges.
