If my miranda rights arent read to me when arrested can i get out of it ?

Possibly, depending on whether you were interrogated, made incriminating statements after the arrest, etc.

This is possibly the most widely misunderstood criminal procedure concept. If you were in police custody and were interrogated without having been Mirandized, those statements could be suppressed. And if your confession was the only good evidence against you then yes, you could "get out of it."
