ability to sue

If you are a minor (16) involved in a drunk driving case, where you were not driving and it was not your car, can you be held liable or even sued?

It is a juvenile criminal offense to consume alcohol at age 16. You may or may not be cited for juvenile delinquency.

You can be sued where you are a driver at fault or unlicensed. If you where involved in an automobile accident contact me.
