Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Me and my ex were married in Arkansas in October of 2005 and have been seperated since october 16th 2009. Im living in maryland now and he is still in arkansas but wont pay or file for the divorce i have to. I am unemployed currently and don't know how i go about doing this what exactly do I need to do

Go down to your Circuit Court clerk's office and ask how to file for divorce. They can provide you with the proper forms. Your best bet is to hire a lawyer, even if it means going on a payment plan.
