Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Can I sue CPS for not helping when I have notified them of my daughter being abused by the custodial parent? They don't want to get involved and will never return my calls, emails, etc.

It seems strange that CPS would not at least investigate your allegations, but perhaps they already have and haven't come up with any evidence to substantiate your complaints. I suggest you contact one of your state representative in the House of Delegates or perhaps whoever represents you on your county council and solicit their assistance.
