Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

I had a live in boyfriend who totaled my car and got injured. He promised to pay me back for all back rent and for my car he totaled. He got his settlement and I have yet to see ANY of my back rent/bills/money for the car.

I agree. You need to contact a Maryland licensed attorney and explore your options. From your statement, it appears you did not have collission coverage for your vehicle?
