In Maeyland Can I tape record and video tape a conversation Im having with a doctor in the office, due to not trusting the doctor and for my safety.

I agree with the prior answer. Maryland is one of the few states that prohibits unilateral recording. In other words, all parties to the conversation must consent. In most other states, only one party to the conversation must give consent. Of course, the most natural response to a doctor you cannot trust is to find another one and demand your medical records under HIPPA.
