Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

my room mate tried to commit sucide and i gave her 30 days to move out and she signed the lease for a year then also signed an agreement to pay half the bills and utilties for a year. she signed a notrized statement from the bank please help me as i understand this about the 4th time she has tried to do this stunt

Your roommate obviously needs help, which hopefully your encouraging her to get. However, if she is on the lease, you have to legal right to evict her. You could sue her on the agreement your made regarding the bills in small claims court in the local District Court of Maryland.
