Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

Can you use state health law in a lawsuit if violation occurred? Or if not, is description on violation used instead? Thanks

Your question is too vague to really address, but in general the violation of a state law can be the basis for a claim of negligence in a lawsuit, insofar as it could establish the duty of the accused party that they failed to meet.
