Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland

looking for a attorney for my GC

hi

am on h1b visa in US....I had my GC application pending, which was filed in eb3 category in the year 2005......even though i had a Masters degree from a US university, i had only 6 months experience at the time when i filed my labor..and so i was not eligible to file my labor in eb2 category and filed in

eb3 category in 2005...

but now, i have 3 yrs of work experience along with a Masters degree from US University...so,is it possible to file a amendment for my labor, and move my case from eb3 to eb2 category..please let me know if its possible...

am ready to hire a attorney, who can get this done...

Yes, you should be able to file an amendment to your labor certification to now qualify you for the eb2 category. The USCIS and State Department websites should contain further information on the process involved.
