If you are a U.S. citizen filing for an "immediate relative" (spouse, child under 21, parent), you must file the forms all together & pay $1,070 total for the I-485, I-765, I-131 & fingerprints. The I-130 requires a separate fee of $420. File one big package.

Check the USCIS website for filing addresses & more info: www.uscis.gov.

There is no fee for filing the I-765 when it accompanies the I-485 and I-130. So it's $1,070 (that includes the biometrics fee) for the I-485 and $420 for the I-130. You can file them all together in one big package along with all the supporting documents. Since you're living in Maryland, you'll file with the Chicago Lockbox see the instructions for the I-485 for the address. Make sure you include form G-325A. If it's a marriage-based case you'll need two one for each party. In most cases you'll also need the I-864 affidavit of support, so be sure to check that. Good luck!
