Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland

Hey all

First off, thanks for providing this great service, this is a tremendous help to all people, god bless you. Now my question is actually for a friend, (he's not very computer literate) He came here to the states last year. So he's not a citizen, he wants to sponsor his daughter to come to the states. So he's wondering how long it would take to get her over here? Also keep in mind she is married but she doesn't have any kids.

What is your friend's immigrant status in USA: is he a permanent resident (green card holder), a visitor, on a work visa, etc? It's not possible to asnwer your question at this time.
