Small Claims Court Question
I have filed a claim with the local small claims court against a previous landlord for my security deposit that he never returned to me. He filed a notice to defend and we have a trial date set for July 22nd. He's been able to see all the evidence I submitted to the court. Do I ever get to see any of the evidence he claims to have prior to going to court?

You will need to request formal permission to engage in discovery from the court.
Discovery is not granted as of right in small claims actions. You could attempt to request the paperwork from your landlord.
You may want an attorney to represent you. If you prevail, your attorneys fees will be awarded, and possibly multiple damages.
