Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Maryland

can i sue?
my son was born on August 3 2005 at 4 lbs 7 oz 17.75 inches long he was at gestational 33weeks. after a ahrd and dramatic labor my son dr asked me if i wanted him circumcised i asked them if he was to little the told me no he was fine i asked the odds and they told me he will be fine again i asked who would be doing the sergery and theuy told me some one with years of experience and no intern would...well my son had a disfigure penis that left a skin piece that covers his head , now this skin has caused a problem a bilaterial ingunial hernia that he needed sergery for at 3 mnth now my son has to go back and get another corrective segery on his penise my question is do i have a case?
