The statute of limitations is 3 years from when the act you allege constituted the malpractice occurred, or 3 years from when you discovered or should have become aware of the malpractice. The rest of your question is too vague to be answerable. I suggest you outline the facts in your case, and I can give you an assessment of its merits and what you will have to prove to be successful.
