Legal Question in Personal Injury in Maryland

My brother has moved in with my elderly parents (uninvited) and wont leave. My parents will not ask him to leave either. So far he has tried to falsely call in a prescription for them for pain medicine. Rumages through their personal effecs and has cashed in an insurance policy my parents took out for them. He has given my father cough medicine repeatedy (even though he does not have a cough) it had interferred with his high blood pressure medicine and now it is suspect that my father has had a stroke. Is there any legal recourse or action I can take to remove my brother from my parents house before he harms them anymore?

You can petition a court in your county to become your parents' legal guardian, which if granted, would enable you to gain control over their lives, property, etc. and to force your brother out of the house. Consult an attorney in your area who has experience in handling these kinds of cases because they can become complicated.
