can a company be sued if didn't provide transportation for client for doctor appt and client had to continue to be in pain waiting for next appt..

If the person has a contract with the transportation company to provide transportation and the transportation company failed to live up to it's end of the bargain, then yes, the person can sue the transportation company. Hire a lawyer before you do so.
