Legal Question in Personal Injury in Maryland

If a news crew is on community property in a condo association and a unit asks them to leave, would they then be trespassing? They are alleging they were invited by a resident, who is not a unit owner. Would they be required to leave?

If they are on private property, the owner of that property can require them to leave, unless the property is rented out and the tenant invited them. If they are in a common area owned by the condo association, an individual unit owner would not have that authority, but the condo management would.
