Wrongfully Sued

My exwife tried to sue me for idenity theift crimial & civill also. Now I would like to return the favor. Both crimial & civil. I have all the paper work that had the case thrown out of court How do I go about returning the favor And putting some of her money in my pocket. thank you for your help

You could sue your ex for malicious prosecution if you can prove she acted out of malice (hatred) and didn't have any evidence to support the charges. However, you will need an experienced personal injury attorney to be successful. These kinds of cases are handled on a contingency fee basis, and unless your ex has "deep pockets" or some insurance to cover this kind of claim, you'll have difficulty finding an attorney willing to invest the time required on such a case.
