if you in a house for 12 years that has recently been foreclosed and sold wat is the process of your eviction

The court will issue an order awarding possession to the new owner. You will receive a copy of this order. And if you don't move, you will be sued for eviction. And if you still don't go, the Sheriff will remove you and your stuff.
