Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
I was pulled over for speeding on my way to the doctors office. The officer wrote me a speeding ticket and let me go. when I came back out from the doctors office the police officer was waiting for me. He told me he was going to have my car impounded because the tags were dead. He then took me back to the police station and wrote me more tickets. Are they allowed to do that?
