Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland

I failed to stop at a stop sign on federal property. How many points would I get on my GA license; on a Maryland license?

My GA license had expired at the time of the offense and I was living in MD. Should I get a MD license before my conviction or should I keep my expired GA license until after the conviction and hope the points go to GA and don't transfer to MD?i

There is a good chance the 1 point associated with this charge will not transfer to GA, but either way, it doesn't matter if you get a MD license because any points will transfer to whatever DL# was written on the ticket.
