what is a perfect information report for a will? do you have to file one immidiately after person dies

It is unclear what you mean by a "perfect" information report. This is something filed with the Register of Wills when you are probating an estate. It will identify property that may be subject to state death taxes though not probated. No, it does not need to be filed "immediately" but it does need to be filed shortly after the estate is opened.
