Recent mass mailing states that recent legislation passsed by Congress that standardizes entitlement provisions for persons 65 and over. Is it true as they state:''Seniors May Avoid Probate Fees''

I am not aware of any such legislation. If you can provide me with more details, I'd be glad to look into it further. I suspect the mailing may be a scam.
