Discrimination suit

Should a person filing a discrimination suit be calling and harassing their former employer and notifying the former employer to be ready to recieve papers?

*Should* this be happening, no, it should not. Does it happen? Certainly it does sometimes. However, it may well help demonstrate that your original termination decision (assuming that's what happened) was justified. Or, if the calls are simply too annoying/disruptive, then you can either block the caller or - in extreme situations - take legal action. Good luck.
